a little bit disappointed

Hello :) in my box was missing the little oil thing. i saw in the manual that there should be one in the box but mine is missing. also the machine is making a strange noise that sounds like something is not running well.
My Box with the machine looks like its been opened before and also maybe used before? i wonder why the little oil thing is missing.
