If you get holes in you tufting cloth or it tears from tufting, consider the following: Do you have good cloth? See blogpost on what makes a good tufting cloth. Do you apply enough pressure? Be sure to press hard enough against your cloth. The foot of your tufting gun should be leaning on the cloth.
