Tufting starter kit

everything is perfect but in the package i don’t have the carpet grippers:(

First of all, thank you :)

Maybe I have a little issue with the gun ( some times, even i release the trigger, the gun keep going tufting)

But, the starter kit is perfect, I Love it :)

The kit comes with 90% of what you need to get started, but doesnt have instructions for setting up the gun. For a starter kit, this seems like something that could be included. Also, while we reciebed 2 spools of wool (which is great!), they were both the same colour... which is pointless. All in all, Im very happy, but I found the lack of instructions to be a glaring oversight, and since we were given 2 spools of wool, why not make them different colours.

Everything works so far, but the lack of instructions is frustrating and the youtube tutorials are absolutely useless! This definitely needs to be fixed

I received a broken frame. I wrote an email with photos in it to furnish proof of the problem, but I didn’t receive any answer. I sent a new email, but silence again…and the kit is unusable.
