How to use
Cut a piece of the secondary backing to match the size of your rug. Use a big brush or a roller to apply latex glue to the back of your hand tufted rug while keeping it stretched on your frame. Before it dries out, add the secondary backing and use your brush or roller again to spread the latex evenly.
Let it dry completely and cut out your rug.
